We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as you received.
An RMA # must be written on the outside of the package being returned.

A 15% restocking fee will be assessed to all returns, unless the items received by the customer were damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items will not be accessed a restocking fee.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
